Hey there, I’m Valerie Hansel—V’s Skin Studio’s Master Esthetician, skin health educator, and the founder of V’s Skin Studio in Appleton, WI. My journey into skincare started with my own struggles with acne. In early adulthood, I sought out medical treatments, but no one ever explained why my skin was breaking out or how to properly care for it. That frustration is what drove me to aesthetics, and I’ve since spent years becoming an expert in skin science, advanced treatments, and holistic care—so my clients never have to feel as lost or confused as I once did.

I opened V’s Skin Studio in 2019 with a mission: to provide results-driven skincare while making sure every client feels validated, supported, and truly cared for. My approach is educational yet approachable—I believe skincare isn’t common knowledge, and I’ve built my expertise so I can help you understand your skin on a deeper level, whether you’re battling acne, navigating aging, or chasing that healthy glow.

At V’s, we don’t do cookie-cutter treatments. Every facial is customized to your skin’s unique needs. As an acne specialist, I’ve trained extensively in healing breakouts and rebuilding skin health. I’m also highly skilled in advanced facial treatments, eyebrow rehab, and Brazilian waxing—with a special focus on preventing and treating ingrown hairs.
